Dr. Randy Case

Dr. Randy Case became President of C12 Tidewater in 2007 after a 20 year career teaching leadership, strategy and entrepreneurship at Regent University, Boston College and The Wharton School of the University of PA.  He started his business career in  finance in the late '70s, eventually serving as the Chief Financial Officer of IMG Ltd., an information services company based in Switzerland.  He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UVa, an MBA from Columbia, and a PhD from Wharton.  He learned about language and culture at the Universite de Montpelier in France and about inquiry and influence from Lifeforming Leadership Coaching in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  He has authored numerous articles on organizational innovation and change and is co-author of The Christian on Monday Morning: Essential Readings for Living the Faith at Work.

Randy's greatest personal challenge has been serving  Ceo's and their management teams as C12 Group Chairman for more than a decade. He sees his main job as encouraging leaders to give up personal promotion and protection for positive influence on and through others. His wife, Shelley, has brought him his greatest joy in life by walking alongside him in this journey. Shelley and Randy moved to Williamsburg in 2012 to give them a chance to invest in the community of young adults around The College of William and Mary, and to be closer to their two children. Andrew is a healthcare consultant in Richmond, and Emily is a Nurse Practitioner in Charlottesville.
