Dr. Josue Falaise

Dr. Josue Falaise began his 18 year career as an elementary school science teacher. Then he became a middle and high school biology and environmental science teacher. After his teaching years and time as an adjunct professor, he spent 14 years in the vice principal and principal positions. Currently, he is the Interim Chief Academic Officer for the Trenton Public Schools in Trenton, NJ. He advocates for students through his daily leadership practices, increasing the capacity of administrators and  teacher leaders, expecting excellence in professional practices and training staff and administrators throughout the state of NJ on various educational topics. With each added year, his passion for learning and developing himself and the entire staff continues to grow. He aspires to increase digital citizenship and increase the number of staff and students telling their school's and district story- because if they are not telling their own story, who will?
