Douglas W. Bush, M.A., LLC

Over the past 25 years, Doug Bush has helped individuals, teams, and organizations to become their very best.  As a consultant, facilitator, and coach, Doug has worked collaboratively with thousands of professionals to achieve successful change and optimal levels of performance.  He has consulted with senior level executives to strategically ensure that employee’s beliefs and performance behaviors are closely aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, strategy and day-to-day activities.  He is especially adept at creating customized solutions and interventions that bring about desired, long-term change.

With his background in the behavioral sciences, Doug has an in-depth ability to identify real issues.  He “probes the depths to bear the essence and uncover the hidden core” of challenges that block people and organizations.  With a laser focus on individual and group dynamics, Doug is keenly adept at coaching individuals and facilitating teams to achieve desired results that positively impact the organization’s bottom-line performance.  Doug is an expert in a multitude of areas within the practice of organizational change and development.  He is an expert user of psychological and executive assessments, has taught and coached individuals and groups in culture change, emotional intelligence, interpersonal communications, transformational leadership, stress management, time management, team development, change management and personal transition, performance management, conflict management, succession-planning and career development.  Doug has a high-level proficiency in resolving conflict between pairs of employees, teams and groups.

 Doug has extensive experience of working with individuals at every level within an organization, from senior level executives and middle managers, to first-line supervisors and line employees. He has extensive experience in working with professionals in organizations ranging from financial, auditing, legal, employee and labor relations, to operations, maintenance, safety & environmental, and customer service.

 Doug holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida, Pensacola, Florida.
