Dr A Monica Dorhoi is Vice President Risk Management and International Government Relations working in international banking sector. For over a decade, Monica Dorhoi has worked as PhD in antifraud and anti-corruption at the World Bank. 

Monica Dorhoi has worked for over 18 years in Washington DC serving as liaison to over 50 federal agencies of the United States. Monica Dorhoi attended and guided numerous inter-agency training on trade, international economics, regulatory and international banking.

Dr Dorhoi is mindfulness meditation teacher at the 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 in Georgetown University Hospital Health Fair. Dorhoi is a very sought after inspirational speaker delivering lectures and classes. American Heart Association she organized over 25 events in 3 months on wellness, meditation practices and research.

Dr. Dorhoi has been Sr. Meditation Teacher instructing in Burmese, Chan and Japanese Zen meditation traditions in the last 5 years. Dr Dorhoi taught +1,000 meditation and yoga students at National Defense University, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, International Finance Corporation, Inter-American Development Bank, Asia Development Bank, Georgetown University, George Washington University, and Rotary Club Georgetown Chapter. 

Dr. Dorhoi is the 2016 Ambassador of the American Diabetes Association, the 2014-2015 Ambassador for the American Heart Association. Ms Dorhoi routinely attends as contributor events of the American Medical Association in Washington DC

Dr. Dorhoi organized and taught in long meditation retreats of 3 months, 3 days, 3 hours in Jesuit Catholic and Eastern meditation and yoga traditions. Dr. Dorhoi attended +50 events and training sessions organized by the Georgetown and George Washington University campus ministries. Dr. Dorhoi manages a meditation intruction program which serves weekly meditation students.
