Doonya: The Bollywood Workout, is a high-energy, cardio dance and conditioning class that will help you achieve a happy and healthy lifestyle! Each class consists of short and easy-to-follow routines based in our four main styles of dance (Bolly-pop, Pop Bhangra, Village Celebrations, and Classical Conditioning). The variations of styles and movement create a unique workout that targets each major muscle group and will have you noticing muscles you didn’t even know you had!

The energetic and hard-hitting music lends to both high intensity movements that will automatically provide a great cardio workout, as well as controlled movements to build and condition muscle. Consistent attendance of Doonya classes will result in overall weight loss as well as increase strength of the glutes, quadriceps, calves, hamstrings, inner and outer thigh as well as the shoulder, arms, and abs (just to name a few!).

Never done Bollywood before? Great! This is the perfect class for beginners and trained dancers alike. This class will teach you the basics of all the various dance forms incorporated in Bollywood dance and have you sweating the entire time! What to wear? Comfortable clothes you can sweat in.
