About Us: Dig Deep Farms, a social enterprise of Black Ag Tech, is an urban regenerative farm operating 53 acres in Alameda County cultivating specialty crops that directly focus on serving to benefit and improve the well-being of individuals and the larger community through access to fresh, locally grown foods, jobs, and skill building. In addition to regenerative agriculture, Dig Deep Farms jointly implements Permaculture whole systems designs and applications.
Mission: Improve health and well-being in the Alameda County by creating jobs, reducing recidivism through re-entry internships and making nutrient dense, , fresh, local, and sustainably grown produce accessible to all.
Vision: Create a network of integrated food businesses in our community that collectively improve access to healthy, nutrient-dense food, creates jobs, incubates small businesses, and boost the livelihood of those who cultivate, grow and sustain local farms and businesses.
