Denton Yoga Center offers a wide range of yoga classes to accommodate all levels of ability and experience, from the very beginner to the seasoned practitioner.  Thorough alignment instruction is given during each class to optimize physical movement, promote safety and well-being, and develop awareness. Breathing exercises are incorporated into each class to help cultivate greater breath awareness and ability.  At Denton Yoga Center, we emphasize how a yoga practice can help us not only meet the demands and stresses of life but also experience greater integration, wholeness and enjoyment in life.  

Becky Klett is a Certified Yoga Instructor, owner and founder of Denton Yoga Center and is registered with the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level.  She is also an Authorized Teacher of Neelakantha Meditation as taught in Blue Throat Yoga. She began her yoga adventure over 40 years ago and has been teaching with great dedication and passion since 2001.  Becky continues to be a dedicated and avid student of yoga and meditation. She has completed multiple teacher trainings and yoga therapy trainings as well as thousands of hours of study and training. In 2008, Becky founded Denton Yoga Center with the intention of creating a supportive, safe place for people of all ages, body types and abilities to discover, explore, and enjoy the practice of yoga.

Wednesday  10:30 – 11:30 am  Gentle/Beginners

Wednesday  6 – 7:30 pm  Intermediate, Yoga Experience Required

Thursday 12 – 1 pm  All Levels

Thursday 6 – 7:15 pm  Beginner Friendly All Levels

Saturday, 10:30 – 11:30 am  Gentle/Beginners

Sunday, 12:30 – 1:45 pm  All Levels
