Deborah Austin, is a Transformational Life Coach and Marriage Strategist who empowers Black women to rediscover their worth and thrive in midlife marriage! The women that work with her are seeking more in their marriages. She helps them to understand the value of self within a marriage and empowers them with strategies for breaking through the limiting beliefs they have related to their marriages.

Deborah Austin is much like you who has had life happen… and instead of remaining a victim, she chose to use her experience to help others. A wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, teacher, coach, director, mentor, a sister, aunt, cousin ….. a friend. Deborah has embarked on a journey that not only serves to heal others, but to heal herself. She is walking into her purpose to emerge as a source, a resource, to other Black women who want to live their lives to the fullest while married. Speaking to the woman within, Deborah leads and guides Black women to true self-discovery and self- fulfillment within the context of their marriages. They learn how to bring their deepest desires for their marriages to fruition by changing their mindset which leads to transformation and manifestation!

Deborah is the founder of Deborah Austin Coaching, LLC, her way of manifesting her vision of empowering Black women to create the marriages that they love. A marriage full of their desires, hopes and dreams, accomplished through their own personal development and transformation.  

Deborah loves spending time with family and friends, especially taking road trips and playing golf with her husband Evert, married since August 4, 1984. Deborah also loves to take time for self-care… candle lit baths, massages, yoga and sleeping!
