David Jordan

David Jordan is the Executive Director of the foundation. Mr. Jordan is a 10 year Veteran with the National Guard, he went in as a PFC (Private First Class) and has made rank up to SGT (Sergeant). He served as a communication Soldier and Communications Signal Maintenance Chief for a Signal Brigade while with the 138th Signal Company, and served as a combat medic while with a medical company, and has one combat tour to Iraq. He has earned 2 Army Commendation Medals for services, 1 Army Achievement Medal, 1 Army Good Conduct Ribbon, and the Iraq Campaign Ribbon. While in the military, he was also a certified Army instructor and helped train hundreds of Soldiers to be able to survive during their combat tours.


On the civilian side he has over 20 years of management experience, including his time in the military. He has over 25 years of customer service experience in different industries that allows him to be very versatile in his skill set. He has successfully run the housekeeping and laundry staff and a multi-bed nursing home facility where he was responsible for functioning under strict budget guidelines and having to manage every aspect of the business from scheduling down to inventory. Mr. Jordan also has one more little bit of experience that gives him an edge in being able to help the homeless veterans. He himself was homeless for a little bit. So he knows firsthand what it feels like to be homeless, so he can relate with some of the experiences the homeless have had to endure and can try to reach them on a personal level that not many people would be able to.
