Darrah Kauhane-Floerke is the Co-Executive Director of the Hawaiian Eye Foundation and conducts medical missions to underserved villages worldwide. She is a consultant for Project Vision Hawai'i, which provides free screenings for homeless populations and strives to assure that every HI public school student is given the tools to succeed. The American Cancer Society named her the Relay For Life Area Coordinator for her decade of volunteering for the organization. She also serves on the Camp Agape planning committee for children of incarcerated parents. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Ophthalmic Women Leaders and the Chamber of Commerce's Hawai'i Young Professionals organization. Darrah is a University of Washington (BS- Publc Health and Community Medicine), University of Hawai'i (MS-Developmental and Reproductive Biology) and 'Iolani School alumni.
