Culinary Center in Lincoln City

The Culinary Center features seasonally-inspired cooking and focuses on the abundant foods of the Pacific Northwest and the Oregon Coast. They feature locally grown and raised foods…from organic vegetables to the Oregon coast’s vast array of fresh seafood and shellfish.

Our classes offer a wide array of subjects and cuisines. In a demonstration class it’s your job to sit back, relax, and enjoy the wonderful food and wine while you learn from a pro. Or dive right into one of our hands-on classes…from pasta-making to fish cookery, dim sum, and even pickling and canning our Oregon harvest in the summer and fall.
