Over the past 10 years he has run a small cooking school in Trastevere- Rome welcoming people, travelers, friends and families from all over the world to gather and enjoy their time over learning how to make great Italian food. He loves teaching traditional cooking and keeping the ingredients fresh. Chef Andrea loves being able to bring a little bit of Rome to your home!
