Mr. Ayoub has been active for the past 30 years in Real Estate Investment Properties, Syndications, Management and Investment Analysis for many Commercial Real Estate activities. During that time, he spearheaded the formation of several Limited and General Partnerships as well as Limited Liability Companies for holding the real estate assets.
Mr. Ayoub’s analytical approach to commercial investments is well embedded in his educational discipline. He holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and attended post graduate school at the University of Sorbonne in Paris. He also holds a Masters degree in Computer Sciences from Loyola Marymount University of Los Angeles. Furthermore, he had extensive studies in statistical and analytical methods in computer sciences as well developing statistical models for commercial investments.His “real life” experience provides a wealth of knowledge, insights, and wisdom for his clients, students, and audiences.
Mr. Ayoub is a licensed Real Estate broker in the States of California and Texas (currently inactive status). He is member of the Downey Association of Realtors for the past 25 years, and provided educational Commercial Seminars to Residential Agents in Southern California.
Throughout the sponsoring of all the Real Estate Investments, Mr. Ayoub has provided professional Property Management to all the Investment Properties and handled all aspects of Investors’ relations including comprehensive progress reports, evaluating market positions, exit strategies, marketing the properties and disposing them at the maximum return to the investors.
Mr. Ayoub has a long track record of working for the government of the County of Los Angeles. For approximately twenty seven years, he headed many governmental contracts and “re-written” various policies and procedures to simplify and optimize the performance of the government in its contractual relations with private companies.
Mr. Ayoub takes special pride in his long term history of being a public servant; his comfort level with governmental Rules and Regulations is an added asset to understanding the lengthy, detailed and custom developed commercial Real Estate contracts.
For over thirty five years, Mr. Ayoub has been active within the Christian Egyptian community in Southern California, and currently sponsors and manages the Senior Housing of one of its larger churches.
