The mission of our AACSB International accredited College of Business at Minnesota State University, Mankato,MSU Video is to educate undergraduate and MBA students in the region and beyond to be successful and responsible business professionals. Undergraduate business degree programs at MSU follow a two-plus-two format in which students enter the College of Business and declare their major in the third year of study. In the first and second years, prospective business students begin building the foundation for further business study through coursework in math, english, computer science and cultural diversity studies. In the second year, they complete prerequisites in accounting, economics, management and business and law, as well as the Second Year Experience Course, which requires students to develop a four-year plan of study. Third-year students select a major from any of the College of Business’s four departments: Accounting and Business Law; Finance; Management (including General Management, Human Resource Management, and Management Information Systems); Marketing and International Business. The I.T.
