Cocina Heritage The Restaurant specializes in regional, pre-Hispanic and colonial Mexican cuisine. Our recipes are prepared with natural, organic and antibiotic-free ingredients.
Since our Home cook prepares food with upmost care and passion, she spends quality time making sure she brings the recipes to life for everyone's delight. Please keep in mind that the time to prepare each order may take longer than your average restaurant.
Cocina Heritage utilizes hormone and antibiotic free meats as well as natural organic fruits and vegetable as they become available. Our prices don't completely reflect the quality of our food because we want to remain accessible for everyone's wallet.
Our food mainly represents Central to South México, the main staple to complement such dishes is corn. Cocina fulfills this through ground corn masa for its quesadillas and tortillas. We serve quesadillas made of ground corn masa and Oaxaca cheese then fried in olive oil. Quesadillas are cut open and filled with the filling of choice. In addition to other items in the menu, we offer a daily featured dish representative of different states in Mexico.
