Coach Reeshemah is one busy lady who exemplifies the Proverbs 31 Woman.

Coach Reeshemah is a Certified Nutritionist and Weight Loss  Coach, with a prior background as a Real Estate Broker since 1998 after relocating to Houston with her family in 1997. Prior to a full time career in Real Estate, Coach Reeshemah was a Lotus Notes Developer for M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

Although Reeshemah was financially successful in her real estate career, at the age of 35, her body revolted against her and was deteriorating at a fast pace. After being diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, fibroids, migraines, peri-menopause and anxiety attacks (simultaneously!) her wonderful Doctors advised her that she was successfully neglecting her body and prescribed 4 different meds and suggested that she have a hysterectomy.

The physical breakdown of Coach Reeshemah’s body forced her to alter her habits and mindset regarding giving herself the quality attention that she deemed necessary for providing to everyone else.

The foundation of Coach Reeshemah's nutritional coaching program is based on creating plans to maximize weight and fat loss eating whatever you like. YES! It is possible!  Considering that Coach Reeshemah's favorite food group used to be candy, she knows that if she did it, you can too!

Coach Reeshemah conducts and is a guest speaker on a monthly basis for nutrition workshops for business owners, children, families, pregnant and breastfeeding moms. She also conducts 1:1 lunch and learn workshops ini corporate settings.

In her free time, Coach Reeshemah does her best to keep up with her wonderful husband of 16 years, two energetic and busy teenagers and her beloved cane corso dog – who has no clue that he is not a human.
