Claire is energetic and down to earth very understanding and fun to be around. Claire has worked partime as a freelance fitness trainer for over 5 years. Offering fitness tips, moves to family and friends. Her passion for living a healthy lifestyle has allowed her to go from being high risk of developing Diabetes and High Cholesterol to not being at risk at all within 4 months Claire beat those odds by developing healthy eating habits and incorporating fitness in everything she does.
