Christopher Morris, Founder of Morrissey Model

Christopher has a background in psychology, with post-graduate study in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Teacher Education. He was a teaching fellow with the Teach/Here Teacher Residency Program, now Project Inspire, successfully completed an Internship in Teaching and participated in the 2010-11 Teacher Performance Assessment National Pilot (developed by Stanford University). He has also served as a Clinical Instructor with Project Inspire. Chris has worked as a teacher in Chattanooga’s inner city for over six years, and has seen firsthand the obstacles facing the students, teachers, and families in our community.

Chris is the creator of Morrissey Model and is dedicated to supporting educators, business leaders, fellow entrepreneurs and families that struggle with motivation, character building and impactful leadership.  His innovative Morrissey Character Awards have inspired and empowered many to join him in embracing a relationship centered approach to leadership.
