Chris has over ten years of food and beverage experience. From the humble beginnings of Former NHL great Willi Plett’s self-named “Willi’s Sports Bar and Grille”, Chris progressed to a 9 year career working with the Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. He started at Kyma in 2002 as a food runner while attending school at The Georgia Institute of Technology, studying biomedical engineering. As he progressed in school, he progressed through the ranks of service within the restaurant group, culminating as the head bartender at Bluepointe. He held this title from 2006-2011, learning many aspects of bartending, from speed pouring to craft mixology.
