After working for renowned chef Masaharu Morimoto and restauranteur Danny Meyer in NYC, Chef Marcus has decided to switch focus towards smaller affairs by creating menus that allow guest to take an alternative approach to an alternative medicine (cannabis). using all ORGANIC ingredients Marcus' team utilizes their culinary experience in an attempt to influence the way we eat and medicate. If we disconnect from what is on our plate, it becomes increasingly more difficult to influence others to cherish the food our wonderful planet provides.
