“Chef Kriss Kofi”
This native from Miami Gardens, FL (formally Carol City) got his start at cooking at the young age of 12. Born to parent’s native of Jamaica this young chef developed a wide flavor palate early in life. Rightfully so his first cooking instructor and inspiration was his mother, who helped spark a deeper love for all things culinary. Fueled by his love of the art of cooking Chef Kofi continued his pursuit of culinary gains while enlisted in the U.S Armed forces but, it wouldn’t be until 2014 that Kofi would make a dramatic turn in life.
After growing tired of his diet and consuming nothing but processed food, he decided to make a change not only in his diet but a change in lifestyle. A self-taught ‘vegan enthusiast’ (as he likes to call himself?) this vegan bad boy is literally ‘on the muv’, currently traveling as a private chef in Miami, New York and Various locations in Asia. His mission? To provide highly nutritious plant-base, processed-free foods that can also be healing not only for the body, but, for the mind and soul as well.
