Charlene Triche'

I am putting this workshop together with the people who help me through my breast cancer journey. I am a 10 year survior, and the things I have learned through this journey has broke me and built me at the same time!

I have three adult children and five grandchildren. I have a BS/BM from University of Phoenix, and I was born in Michigan and lived in Chicago, Illinois; Albuquerque, NM and now Murfreesboro, TN. I formly worked at Wayne County Airport and Wayne County Sheriffs Department. I was the owner and CEO of a Non-Profit Helping Someone Survive and the premis was to develop a support base for people with  debilitating illness using their family, friend and community resources. I had to closed the company to continue my healing process. My health journey is my platform for my workshops. I have experienced so much and I am willing to share what I have learned to empower others.

My hope for this event is to build a great network of people who inspire each other without jealousy or ill will. There is too much of that going around and it is my belief this is what builds the foundation fo bad health. We are living in times where so many of us are divided. Some are divided against one another, government, family, and self! Have you ever wondered why? Have you ever wondered why? Have you ever ask yourself why are there so many people either battling an illness, or why the hospitals stay full, why do we have an opiate crisis, and why they continue to build more jails? Instead of building people we build cages to put people in- this is not the answer!

I believe we can find our way to better community if we open our hearts to each other and share our experiences. Our communities will only get better if we make them better. It starts with ourselves. The You-n-You! Becoming until we can BE!
