She is known for teaching her clients how to increase profitability often by as much as 30-40%. As the founder of Essential Selling she shares her 17 years of sales experience with her clients. Carolyn has worked with companies such as The Guitar Center, Guess? Inc., CB Richard Ellis, and Molina Healthcare. Carolyn coaches businesses, entrepreneurs at all levels and their sales teams, to build lasting relationships that convert into sales. 

As a student and practitioner of effective communication and relationship building for over 15 years Carolyn incorporates these skills into her sales consulting practice.  By infusing personal development, best business practices and creativity into her training, she guides her clients through the challenges of creating a business.  Business development becomes more than just checking tasks off a list.  It becomes a fun, creative, process that allows her clients to achieve their current goals—and beyond–to create a business that is wildly satisfying and successful.
