Candice Elliot

Welcome to my profile!!!

My name is Candice Elliot, a few things about myself, I graduated from CSULB in 2013 with a BS Business Management. After I graduated I began brainstorming what I was passionate about and where I wanted to focus my "life-career." Growing up I was an athlete, I played traveling soccer, field hockey, I was a cheerleader and loved snowboarding. I always loved the feeling of being competitive and having no limits with anything I set my heart/mind to.

In June 2014 I quit my office job of 7 years and got certified thru NASM as a CPT. In October 2014 I was hired at Metroflex LBC where I aimed to be the best female trainer in the gym. I wanted to be a dynamic trainer, not just focusing on one specific type of client. Aside from one on one training I began hosting bootcamps that were specifically targeting HIIT Cardio, Strength and Conditioning and Prepping for OCR races. I have been fortunate enough to say my bootcamps that started with only 4-5 people have grown up to 50-60 people.

My goal was and still is when my clients leave my workouts they feel stronger mentally and physically, more confident and know that he or she is loved. THERE IS NO BETTER FEELING IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!! In October 2015 I ran my first OCR race and placed in the Top 3% for women, this sport was competitive, it left me wanting more I was hooked! I felt like I was invincible and thru hard work and dedication I could hit podium someday or inspire people around me to live a healthy/adventurous lifestyle.

Flash forward to 2016 I have trippled in clients, I have hosted my own OCR events, I have placed Top 5 for Women, I have hit Top 3% in multiple races and I continuously strive to be a better trainer, athlete, mentor and friend. I absolutely love fitness and helping others, I hope that I motivate and inspire the people around me and leave them feeling happier and healthier from when they first started training or interacting with me.
