Cafe du Qvondeyz Express

Chef Que Purdy, festival coordinator, is a Louisiana native and seasoned chef who believes in putting “real love” in her real Cajun-Creole cuisine. The Bayou GatorCraw Fest is organized by her local Manhattan restaurant, Café du Qvondeyz on the Garret.  The festival is a response to a great demand for an authentic Lousiana crawfish boil and Cajun-Zydeco music after a wildly successful Fat Tuesday celebration at Café du Qvondeyz on the Garret earlier this year.
