Bryan Sekine

I have 10 years of experience working as a professional sushi chef and I have been teaching these sushi classes for over 3 years now. I have taught over 239 people how to roll sushi in the past 3 years and I have trained 6 chefs to go onto becoming professional sushi chefs. I have experience managing a restaurant, opening a new restaurant, consulting for a restaurant, and I currently run my own sushi business ( and I am also currently building a YouTube channel to teach people how to roll sushi at home (Secrets of Sushi on YouTube).

I teach corporate training events, private lessons, and private parties. A few of my clients include: Venmo (NYC), Coffee Slingers OKC, Rise Coworking, Norman Public Library, and Midwest City Public Library. My sushi classes have been awarded "Best Cooking Class of Norman" for two years now as well as "Best of 2018."
