Bridget Hofstadter is a part of the Violet Hive Art Therapy Collective offering Summer Art Studio Sessions. With the understanding that art is inherently healing. We hope to help our participants recognize their strengths, overcome challenges and move forward authentically with their life's path through art and creative expression.

Bridget is committed to utilizing art in facilitating mental health. She has attained a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Iowa and an add-on Major in Art Therapy from Edgewood College.  She is currently working towards her Masters in Art Therapy/Counseling from Southwestern College.  Bridget uses a client-centered method working together with her clients to attain a common goal.  Bridget has worked with a variety of clients of various ages.  Bridget believes in the power of art to assist a client in gaining insight and new perspectives to help facilitate personal growth. 

Approaches and modalities include: Art Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness, Psycho-education, and Psychodynamic Theory
