Brews Up

Chef, brewer and winemaker Tony Hilligoss has a passion for food and fermented beverages. He also has been an educator for 27 years. Who else could entertain and teach the community how to flawlessly make beer, cider and wine? Brews Up has a family beer & wine permit which allows customers to taste while they make fermented beverages. Fermented beverages also include kombucha. Lots of local experiments that started out with ingredients and equipment from Brews Up have turned into enormous successes. Hoop Tea is a great example. Tony can show you how to make your own version too!
