Owner and Executive Chef of To the Brim Catering, Founder and CEO of Brimpire Productions, Brandon Brimley has branded himself as "The Chef who does it all!". Combined with his culinary education from the University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College, pure passion and artistry, To the Brim Catering was born, an elite catering company based in Little Rock Arkansas. He has made a name for himself in his community with featured news and magazine apperances, leadership programs and so much more. Chef Brim is striving to go beyond average expectations and wishes to reach people from where they are, aspiring to inspire.
