“ I feel the most myself when I Move. I do yoga, I dance, I lift weights, I swim, I run in the mountains, skate, bike - Whatever I'm in the mood for. It doesn't matter, I just move. It helps me to elevate above all the nonsense and the drama, and reach something true. I teach because I want everyone in the world to be able to feel that, to lose and find themselves all at once in a moment. To go longer and harder than they ever thought they could, and to have fun doing it."
