About Jen Ardis | Blue Heron Mindfulness

Jen has practiced mindfulness for more than 14 years, and trained to deliver Mindfulness-Based Interventions with Bangor University. She follows the Good Practice Guidelines for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses. She has a Masters in Psychology and over a decade’s experience working in mental health, group facilitation, training and education. Jen offers courses, retreats, workshops, talks and one-to-one mindfulness and positive mental health and wellbeing training across a range of settings, including in the workplace. Jen is a qualified trainer, and also delivers the Life Skills programme, a Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy skills course, on behalf of Irish national mental health charity Aware.
