Blackjacket Security was originally founded in 2010 by Amilkar M. Velez as Quintessence Consultants LLC, which focused on consulting for various entities in their security and loss prevention needs. As time progressed, Amilkar noticed there was a void that existed in the delivery of quality security and investigative services.
Focusing on the 3E’s approach to problem solving (Enforcement, Engineering, and Education), the company evolved into Blackjacket Security. Blackjacket Security offers unparalleled delivery of security services in both armed and unarmed capacities, investigative services and training programs in the security, investigative and emergency services field. Course offerings include SORA classes (Security Officer Registration Act), CPR and First Aid.
