Bicycle Village

Bicycle Village Has Proudly Served the Colorado Cycling Community Since 1974

Founded by Milt Schurig in 1974, Bicycle Village has remained a Colorado owned and operated business for more than 30 years. From our modest beginnings in an 1800 square ft. building in West Denver, Bicycle Village has grown into the largest bicycle retailer in the Rockies. Bicycle Village is an important part of the Colorado cycling community and we do business based on our founder's three guiding principles:

Great Service, Great Selection, and Great Prices!

At Bicycle Village we take "VILLAGE" to heart. We enjoy forming meaningful, ongoing partnerships with nonprofit organizations. In 2008 — as we have done every Holiday Season since 2003 — Bicycle Village helped raise money to refurbish bikes to be given to hundreds of less fortunate people through our "Recycle Bicycles" program. We participate in fundraisers that raise awareness about disease, get kids to summer camps and juniors on race bikes. We also help needy families by giving them the opportunity to experience the freedom and empowerment that comes from cycling.

With 5 locations and stores as large as our 30,000 square ft. flagship store in Aurora, it is no wonder that we have always been able to carry full lines from the world's best bicycle companies as Trek, Scott, Raleigh, Haro, Electra and more. But don't let our size fool you. We maintain the culture of the 2-man neighborhood shop established by our founder in 1974. Our size allows us to offer a comprehensive selection of components and accessories that meet even the quirkiest cycling needs. With locations in the rolling valleys and hill country of the Rocky Mountain Front Range; arguably the best riding in the United States, Bicycle Village is poised to remain a local mainstay, and Colorado's resource for all things cycling.
