Beth Rennig

Beth Rennig is a certified Reiki Master Teacher working with adults, children, and pets. Her life’s work is to help others reach better health and wellness through the gentle healing benefits of the Reiki. Beth also uses her innate intuition and ability to read subtle energy, while holding space in a safe, and supportive way. She has also used manifestation and intention setting to help those wishing to heal and grow.

Beth lives near Windham with her family full time. Not natives, but like so many, they felt the call of the mountains and the peace and beauty of our area.

While navigating a successful career in a high-stress position at a major medical company, Beth encountered the benefits of Reiki. Discovering a spiritual connection and deep healing, she knew she found something that was to become a big part of her life.
A year later, she made a hard left and departed the mainstream corporate career and began a rewarding and grounded journey in the Healing Arts. Training first in Reiki healing energy, then sound therapy, as well as Matrix Energetics.

Beth has been a Reiki practitioner for four years as well as a certified Reiki teacher.
"Teaching Reiki to others brings me great joy. Passing on knowledge and witnessing the difference Reiki can make for people is humbling and sometimes quite dramatic. Change can be beautiful!"

 What is Reiki?

The word "Reiki" translated means universal life force energy. Many cultures have similar words such as chi, qi, mana, prana, shakti, orenda, kundalini, and vital force. Also referred to as subtle energy, the soul, and the aura.

Reiki healing is a gentle, hands-on healing method. Derived from an ancient healing method in the Himalayas, Reiki gained popularity in Japan in the early 1900s. Reiki brings deep relaxation and helps your body to initiate its own healing response. Today, Reiki is accepted and used with western medical treatments, as well as in the operating room and by many nurses.

A Reiki session may help ease tension, lessen symptoms from stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels - physical, emotional and spiritual. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is most often utilized for one’s overall personal wellness and to reduce the effects of stress.

While relaxing in a chair, or on a massage table, a trained Reiki practitioner gently places their hands on or just above your body. Healing energy is transmitted through the hands, but is not guided by the practitioner.
