"It is fun to offer yoga classes in new venues!  Through creating series of classes like Your KIND of Yoga and Mind, Body, & Brew (along with my partner and co-host, Sarah Yannello of Yoga for Everyone), I have met a variety of new people, some of whom have never done yoga before, which is great!  I am a bit of a yoga evangelist, and I especially love bringing new students into the world of yoga.  On the mat, yoga helps us to learn more about ourselves, and off the mat, yoga can assist us in creating a sense of community.  I hope to share this amazing practice with you at a studio, brewery, or another location sometime soon!"

Beth Cholette, RYT, Ph.D., is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Restorative Yoga Instructor.  Her over 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist inform her yoga teaching.  She teaches a weekly Yoga Basics class in two locations, Eternal Bliss Yoga Center in Henrietta ("Yoga for Everybody and Every Body"), and SUNY Geneseo, a noontime yoga class that is open to all faculty, staff, and students.
