Beth Boynton, RN, MS

I've been a nurse for over 30 years!  I've written two books on communication for nurses and have developed a specialty in teaching related skills.  I've also taken improv classes for over a decade and have been using activities to teach communication.  They are by far the most effective and fun way to develop social skills that I know of!

While nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals need these skills to provide safe, compassionate care, almost everyone can all benefit from practicing them.  As a teacher, I am committed to offering classes for anyone who would like to meet nice people, have fun, and develop social skills.

That's why I've started the Portsmouth Improv Learning Lab-PILL!

Dignity is our destiny!

I continue to develop my own assertiveness and listening every day!  I hope I can be part of your learning process and am always happy to answer questions!  Feel free to call or email me:  603-205-3509/

P.S. If you'd like to know more about my work in healthcare check out my blog:  "Confident Voices"!
