Launched in June of 2016, BÈL is the only digital magazine, extended out to workshops and photo shoots, where everyday black women are the celebrities! With a mission to celebrate her beauty, fashion and lifestyle through carefully curated pieces and a high aesthetic standard - that entertains, uplifts and empowers the black woman. BÈL inspires her to live her best life - one style slay, face beat and hair flip at a time! For over thousands of women each month, BÈL is the window into the glamourous lives of everyday black women; from the stories they tell, the careers they lead, the fashion they rock, and the beauty they possess! An everyday black woman can finally shine above the bore of being "average,"​ as she graces the cover of BÈL Magazine!




Berlhey Narcisse is a Fashion Stylist turned Entrepreneur, and Founder and CEO of BÈL Monique; a digital magazine that empowers and celebrates everyday black women, through editorial experiences. BÈL launched in 2016 and in just under 2 years Berlhey took her brand from an audience of 0 to a reach of over 17,000 women of color across the U.S.

Berlhey hosts BÈL’s 2-day workshop and editorial party event, 'I AM BÈL,' where she takes black women on a deeply spiritual journey, reconnecting them with both their internal and external beauty, resulting in their cover feature in BÈL magazine.

Berlhey has represented BÈL Monique on media outlets from Fox 25 News (TV) to the HuffPost’s “11 Up-And-Coming Entrepreneurs and Influencers in Boston.” She was the digital partner at the “Short Hair Don’t Care” runway tour where she shared the stage with Tahira Joy, co-founder of the The Cut Life, a platform with a following of over 1.3 million. BÈL has collaborated with Billboard Magazine Photographer Adam Peterson, celebrity photographer Vania Arroyo, and Fashion Designer Nathalia JMag of Emmy nominated TV design competition, Project Runway. Through BÈL, Berlhey has gained the attention of social influencers like Hencha Voigt of the E! Hollywood TV show WAGS Miami, and lead backup dancer to Beyoncé, Saidah Nairobi.

Upon quitting her corporate job in 2015, Berlhey obtained her business knowledge through an intense Business Mastery Seminar with multi-millionaire Tony Robbins' (The nation's #1 Life and Business Strategist), and internationally acclaimed Online Marketing Strategist, David Meerman Scott. Born in Port-au-prince, Haiti and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Berlhey’s skills and interests lie in fashion, black women’s issues, entrepreneurship and marketing. She attended Umass Boston with a major in Ethics, Social and Political Philosophy.
