Beinpuo, Ernest Sanyare Warmann

Beinpuo Ernest Sanyare Warmann was born to Francis Beinpuo and Clementia Beinpuo in 1976. Ernest is married to Imelda Ketemepi with three children: Clinton Tierozie Beinpuo, Newton Aapuobe Beinpuo and Karrington Vulaarwar Beinpuo.

Ernest is a scientist by training. He is currently a candidate of the doctor of philosophy Medical Radiology. He holds a Master of Philosophy (Mphil) in Applied Nuclear Physics from the University of Ghana, a Post Graduate Diploma in Radiation Protection and Safety of Source, from the Graduate School of Nuclear and Allied Science under the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) fellowship. Prior to his graduate studies, he studied at the University for Development Studies obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Applied Physics with a minor in Environmental Science. He has a general interest in law and has studied several law courses including Constitutional law, Ghana legal Methods, Public International law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Administrative law at the GIMPA school of Law.

Prior to University education, Ernest trained as a professional Teacher in Science and Mathematics education at Wesley College of Education, Kumasi.

In 2008, Ernest was competitively selected as one of the twenty successful candidates from the 33 thousand applicants from across sub-Saharan Africa for leadership and Management Training in Germany as a promising young executive with demonstrable leadership and management qualities.

At present, Ernest works as Assistant Research Scientist at the Nuclear Regulatory Authority (GNRA). Before joining the GNRA, he previously worked at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission as an Assistant Research Scientist at the Radiation Protection Institute. Previous work experiences includes: Management Trainee Bayer Schering Pharma Berlin, Trade Fair and Marketing Officer at the Ghanaian-German Economic Association, Branch Manager at Foods Inn Ghana Limited, Manager Clems Cyber Center.

Ernest has held many leadership positions both in and out of school, such as a two term President of Tiereber Association during which period needy students were fully and partial sponsored through Senior High School Education, University Education and Nurses Training College. Other leadership position includes; National Secretary Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana, President Ghana United Nations Students and Youth Association, Secretary Physics Students Association of Ghana, Secretary Tertiary Education Institutions Network, Senator University of Ghana Graduate Students Association and Senator Graduate Students Association of Ghana amongst others.

Ernest is well positioned to provide the needed leadership for the people of the Lambussie constituency to bring about sustainable development through his creative problem solving approach.
