BCBC / Brooklyn College Presents

BCBC / Brooklyn College Presents is dedicated to presenting outstanding performing arts and arts education programs, reflective of Brooklyn’s diverse communities, at affordable prices. The organization was founded in 1954 as the not-for-profit arts organization Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts, becoming a unit of Brooklyn College’s School of Visual, Media, and Performing Arts under the name BCBC / Brooklyn College Presents in 2018.

Several performance and educational series are offered annually, encompassing a wide variety of disciplines including jazz, pop, classical and world music, theater, dance, spoken word, comedy, and children’s programming, along with dozens of free enrichment events. Recent artists presented include Chaka Khan, Kathy Griffin, the Tierney Sutton Band, Michael Feinstein, Step Afrika!, the Vienna Boys Choir, Bobby McFerrin, Moscow Festival Ballet, Darlene Love, the Golden Dragon Acrobats, and others.
