Barry's Bootcamp Boston

Dubbed “the best workout in the world,” these high-energy and -intensity workouts combine 25-30 minutes of interval-based cardiovascular routines on customized Woodway treadmills with 25-30 minutes of strength training using free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more for a burn of up to 1,000 calories per session.

Located at 30 Chauncy Street near Downtown Crossing, Barry’s Bootcamp opened in Boston in October 2013 and has fast gained popularity with locals of all ages and abilities in search of a killer workout. With 13 certified instructors and 5-10 classes/day, there’s an endless variety of exercises employed in each session to work up a sweat. Each day of the week, classes zero in on particular body parts, from arms & abs to butt & legs and more.
