barre3 is a 60-minute exercise class incorporating the balance of Yoga, the strength of Pilates and the grace of ballet barre work (without the barre, in this case). Our balanced, total body workout uses our signature three-step sequence to strengthen, lengthen and tone the body - isometric holds to engage the muscles, small, one-inch movements followed by large-range movements to flush the body and rev the metabolism. Our postures are designed to strengthen the core as well as protect injury-prone areas, such as the knees, hips, neck and low backs. All levels are welcome.
