Barbara Oliver

Barbara Oliver is the Publisher of Minority Business Entrepreneur (MBE) magazine and President of minority and woman owned Enterprise Publishing Inc., which purchased MBE in 2012. In her current position, Barbara oversees the day-to-day operations, sales, marketing and public relations for MBE magazine.

MBE magazine is an award-winning, 30+ year old resource publication promoting the success of minority and women owned businesses and diversity programs. The quarterly publication serves as an invaluable resource guide for any entity driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. MBE magazine offers In-depth original articles with a broad international, national, regional and local distribution. Readership includes M/W/DVBEs, corporations, and government market. The magazine is circulated through quarterly print editions, digital editions, an interactive website, social media and face-to-face engagement at community and special events.
