Balance Wellness Studio is a wellness cooperative of practitioners offering complimentary & alternative health services with an active studio offering yoga, Feldenkrais, Pilates, and Tai Chi. Yoga classes are available 6 days/week with morning, afternoon and evening offerings (except summers). No membership is required to attend, pricing is competitive for the area, series discounts are available. We offer at least one donation-based community class each month. Seven instructors guide us through variations of Vinyasa Flow, traditional Hatha and Kripalu styles, Yin Yoga, Meditation, as well as a lively Power Vinyasa. Our other practitioners include: three massage therapists, an acupuncturist, and an esthetician.
