Kandra is a masters level pyshcologist and certified health coach, who has dedicated her life to bringing others to the awareness of the importance of eating nutrient dense foods. Food is the foundation for well-being, but we have become dependent on medications to sustain life. Kandra lives by the motto "let your food be your medicine, and your medicine be your food. She has had first hand experience in overcoming dis-eases of her body.
