Arlene Mitchell Ministries

Arlene Mitchell, is a native New Yorker who recently relocated to North Carolina to further the call of ministry on her life.  She is a licensed Minister, Author, Psalmist, Prayer & Empowerment Coach, Motivational Speaker, Corporate Advisor & Intercessor, who traveled both nationally and internationally exalting and proclaiming the power of prayer, ministry of song and the ministry of the word.  In addition to facilitating various workshops of empowerment, she shares her gifts by volunteering at local nursing homes, shelters, community events and funerals.

Arlene served under the leadership of the late Bishop Charles Reed (her brother and Pastor of the Pilgrim Cathedral of Harlem).

Through teachings and mentoring from her late brother, Superintendent and Pastor Nathan L. Simmons, coupled with the Prayer Ministry of her mother, the late Mother Lillian Reed, Arlene learned the worth and the POWER of PRAYER & PRAISE.

Arlene has been a servant for many years. She also served under Bishop Ronald Hopkins at Pilgrim Cathedral of Harlem as Worship Leader, Choir Director, Women's Department President, an on the Ministerial Staff.  She is humbled to have been a recipient of the 2013 Pilgrim Assemblies Eagle award for serving as the International Soloist under the leadership of Arch Bishop Roy E. Brown.  Arlene maintains a spirit of servitude, which enhances the call of the WORD ministry on her life. She is known for her loving hugs and offering of encouragement to those who have suffered loss, pain and disappointments. She ministers messages of hope and restoration by sharing God's promises through the scriptures.

She exuberantly proclaims her survival of Breast Cancer not once but TWICE.  She indeed is an overcomer and a “MIRACLE IN MOTION”!  Her heart’s desire is to revolutionize the world through the POWER OF PRAYER as she shares her testimony of the miracle working power that God has performed in her life. She endeavors to let the Word of God dwell in her richly as she serves others with a grateful heart for a second chance at LIFE.

Although the lists of achievements continue to grow, the height of her accomplishments is knowing God, and having His favor in her life. She wishes to thank ALL her family and friends for their continued support and prayers in her many endeavors.
