Arkansas Autism Foundation

Our mission is “Building bridges to independence for Arkansans with autism”.

Founded in February 2017 by local autism advocates who want to make a direct impact on the autism community in Arkansas. We help individuals and families with autism across the lifespan and will provide autism friendly events and relevant workshops and training opportunities. We will raise awareness about autism and provide important resources and support to families. Through funding of grants for innovative or already existing programs, we are committed to improving the lives of those affected by autism. We will promote activities targeting development of social skills, will work to open doors to jobs or internships at local companies, will support and encourage local entrepreneurship, potentially create or support businesses that seek specifically to train and hire individuals with autism and would like to see more options for housing and support for independent living.

The Arkansas Autism Foundation is designated by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as tax-exempt as defined in section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, and such, contributions to the Arkansas Autism Foundation are tax-deductible. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy or our IRS determination letter for your records.
