Angela Smith, Yoga Radiance

Yoga first presented itself to Angela when she was about 11 years old, during a physical education class. Over the years that followed, the stretches Angela learned in those classes proved beneficial when the long-distance running bug took hold of her, and when she felt she just needed a bit of a good stretch.​

Life, as it does, took many twists and turns. What started as a workout that would be a good balance to running, yoga has revealed itself to be Angela's vocation. It was around the year 2000 that Angela took the first truly conscious steps on her yogic path. 

While working in a high energy, high stress environment, Angela decided that her future would be different and made a conscious choice to change. In 2012, Angela completed her certification as a Hatha Yoga teacher in Melbourne (500-hours of teacher training).

Angela has a solid foundation in Hatha Yoga and she has also journeyed through Iyengar and Kripalu Yoga. She continues to study ancient wisdoms and most recently Qi Gong, which she has practiced under teachers in Bali, France and Italy.

Angela offers her ever-evolving practice in the form of individual sessions, public classes and workshops, in corporate settings and retreats - all of which are personally awakening, informative and fun.​
