Angela Alvarado

As an RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, Angela is dedicated to a life-long study and practice of Yoga and Ayurveda sharing the wealth of her knowledge with her students. Through a consistent practice of pranayama and a vegan diet, she overcame her battle to allergies and other ailments leading her to trust in both yoga and proper nutrition as alternative medicine and a lifestyle.


With great enthusiasm she has helped many of her clients struggling with obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes to lose weight and take control of their own health. She has also worked closely with clients who suffer from depression, rheumatoid arthritis, back pain, scoliosis, breast cancer, and post traumatic stress disorder to name a few.
