Amy Zavatto 

A Contributing Editor to Imbibe magazine, Amy Zavatto has been writing about wine, coffee, spirits, and food for an awfully long time. Her work appears in Every Day With Rachael Ray,, Edible Manhattan,, and many others. She is the author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Bartending, The Hedonist Guide to Eat NY, and co-author of The Renaissance Guide to Wine & Food Pairing, and holds an Advanced Certificate in Wines & Spirits from the WSET in London. She lives, eats, and drinks beverages of myriad slow-down or speed-up merit in New York City.

Cora Lambert

With over a decade of experience working as a barista, trainer, and consultant. Cora got her start as a QC and manager of Think Coffee, worked at Sasha Petraske’s Mercury Dime and most recently spearheaded and opened the very successful RBC NYC in TriBeCa, where she held the post of Director of Coffee and General Manager. This Spring, Lambert will pursue her longime passion and interest in cocktails by going to work at Milk & Honey.
