Action Learning for Development Organization (ALDO) was established in 2007 as a consultant team, working on development & Management Sectors by  international experts and in early 2010 officially registered as local organization with ministry of interior (No1313sCN). Our team has worked on thousand of project/program in the country.

 From our work experiences with many institutions in Cambodia, Capacity building program was developed to share and consult our successful ideas/ strategies and experiences with our training clients,

 ALDO is a dynamic Cambodian capacity building organization for social and economic development for her partners. ALDO works with a wide range of civil society, public and private sector institutions so that it contributes effectively and efficiently to sustainable social and economic development.

 ALDO has been operating many program, one of them is training program which is most populated by her clients in both good quality and services. The training course ranges from project development to office work (see the below schedule)

 Our training put the value on quality and our services. It means the trained participants are supposed to apply what they have learned from the course. Say in other word, if our participants fail, ALDO also fails in this sense.

-      Our missions are to assist our clients’ business solution thru capacity development and to be the lead training center for experiences sharing and sharing the best practices with all Cambodians to positively contribute to their institution for both economic and social changes.

 -       We work closely with partner clients institutions to make positive changes.
